Protecting your personal data is important to me. Personal data means any information that can be used to identify you personally.
I process personal data only where necessary to provide this website, communicate with you, arrange appointments, and provide my coaching services.

If you contact me by email or through another communication channel, I process the data you provide, in particular your name, email address, and the content of your message, in order to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.
Depending on the reason for your enquiry, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for taking steps prior to entering into a contract or for the performance of a contract, or on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the respective purpose, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
4. Appointment Booking via Calendly
For online appointment scheduling, I use Calendly, a service provided by Calendly LLC, USA.
When you book an appointment through Calendly, the data required for arranging the appointment is processed. This may include in particular:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number, if provided or requested during the booking process
- Requested appointment date and time
- Any additional information you provide in the booking form
The data is processed for the purpose of scheduling, organising, and communicating with you in connection with your appointment.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the appointment booking is necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract or for the performance of a contract.
Calendly processes personal data on my behalf. This may involve the processing of data in the United States. According to Calendly, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal data, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention Period
I generally store personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose.
Where statutory retention obligations apply, the relevant data will be stored for the legally required period.

- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Request restriction of processing
- Request data portability
